After meeting with a number of contractors to build us a new deck and front steps, we hired Prelude Builders, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to do so. Luis and his crew were quick, courteous and always professional. Luis brought an immense amount of knowledge and creativity to the job and always consulted us with any minor changes that may be risen. Our new deck and front steps are absolutely stunning and are nothing short of what we envisioned for our home. Luis, Johnny and Franco did an amazing job. Prelude did an excellent job replacing the fence in our backyard. The first meeting with Luis for the price quote was very informative, with an explanation of how the job would be done, and the time it would take to complete. On the day of insulation Nelson and his crew were very courteous, professional and did a excellence job. Our fence makes our backyard look beautiful and something to be proud of. Job well done Prelude.

Luis was very prompt to answer our initial inquiry and was out within a day or so to quote. He walked me through their process and explained why they did things a certain way. The job was delayed a couple weeks due to equipment repairs and weather, however he kept me up to date on the progress of the job. His team was personable and took extra care to leave things as they were (they had to move a number of patio stones). They were very professional and took time to answer my many questions. I would highly recommend Prelude. The fence is beautiful and very well built
