I had a deck and fence built by Prelude kind of late season. They were confident in their timelines and delivered with lots of time before the first snow! They accommodated all my requests and were very thorough when explaining the best practice for what i was asking for. I have confidence that they have built the fence and deck to last!

We hired Prelude to build our new composite deck and integrate it with our newly-installed pool. Luis was great to deal with when getting our estimate, and their company was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. Awesome company and great customer service, after a year with our fence they still came by and fixed minor imperfections and added special touches. They also reply to e-mails quickly and have a great group of employees working for them, I have never had a negative experience working with them. I would refer this company to friend and family in a heart beat.

Prelude did an excellent job replacing the fence in our backyard. The first meeting with Luis for the price quote was very informative, with an explanation of how the job would be done, and the time it would take to complete. On the day of insulation Nelson and his crew were very courteous, professional and did a excellence job. Our fence makes our backyard look beautiful and something to be proud of. Luis was very prompt to answer our initial inquiry and was out within a day or so to quote. He walked me through their process and explained why they did things a certain way. The job was delayed a couple weeks due to equipment repairs and weather, however he kept me up to date on the progress of the job. His team was personable and took extra care to leave things as they were (they had to move a number of patio stones). They were very professional and took time to answer my many questions. I would highly recommend Prelude. The fence is beautiful and very well built.

I want to thank Luis and his team at Prelude Builders for building us a a great fence. The team was on time, very professional and they completed a quality job in just one day. The team did a great job in matching the existing fence and made sure the yard was in good order before they left.
